56. Application for review.
(1)Every application for review under sub-section (2) of Section 78 of the Act, shall be made by any party within ninety days from the date of communication of the order passed under Section 76 or Section 77 of the Act.(2)No final order shall be passed on such application unless notice has been given to all parties interested to make their representations.
