Section 200 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
200. Discharging sewage.
- Whoever without the permission of the Commissioner causes or knowingly or negligently allows the contents of any sink, cesspool or any other offensive matter to flow, drain, or be put upon any street or public place, or into any irrigation channel or any drain not set apart for the purpose, shall be punished with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
