1. Short title, extent and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971.(2)They extend to the whole of the Stale of Maharashtra.(3)These rules shall apply to the elections to (he committees of specified societies.
