(a)An application for a special game hunting licence shall be made to the Chief Wild Life Warden.
(b)An application for a big game hunting licence or a small game licence may be made to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the Wild Life Warden or the Collector (in either case hereinafter referred to as the issuing officer).
