(4)The order of withdrawal as "fit person" shall be sent to the Children's court, Special Juvenile Police Unit, the District Child Protection Unit and State Child Protection Society and the Child placed with such a fi t person may be placed by the Board or the Committee or the Children's court to another fit person or with a fit facility or any child care institution.
