Section 1 in The Maharashtra Felling Of Trees (Regulation) Act 1964
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Felling of Trees (Regulation) Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra but excluding an urban area.
