Section 12A(3)(k) in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Oil from Ships) Rules, 2010

(k)"Oil fuel tank" means a tank in which oil fuel is carried, but excludes those tanks which would not contain oil fuel in normal operation, such as overflow tanks;
