Section 289(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(2)For the purposes of this section the keeper of a hostel, hotel, loding house or sarai shall be deemed to let a part of the building to any person accommodated in such hostel, hotel, loding house or sarai , as the case may be.
