(e)a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Shri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda (formerly Tangannike and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malwi, Zaire; Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently setling in India.
