(2)When the property identification code numbers in respect of premises in any ward of [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] have been determined, the Commissioner shall notify the same in such manner as may be prescribed in the bye-laws.
