Section 13(1) in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
(1)The Rector shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor and shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
