Section 18(2) in The Delhi Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2002
(2)The non-official members of the Delhi Advisory Committee shall be paid travelling allowance for attending the meeting of the Committee at such rates as are admissible to a Deputy Secretary of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and daily allowances shall be calculated at the maximum rate admissible to such Deputy Secretary.
