Section 22(1) in The United Provinces Agriculturists Relief Act 1934
(1)The [State Government] [ Substituted by the ALO 1950 for "Provincial Government" which had been Substituted by the ALO 1937 for "L.G."] may empower any Assistant Collector of the first class to exercise the powers of a Collector under this chapter.
