Section 8(1) in The Karnataka Border Area Development Authority Act, 2010
(1)Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the State Government or such other officer as the State Government may authorise, may appoint or depute such officers and employees of the authority as it may deem necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.
