Section 4(3) in The West Bengal Law Clerks Act, 1997
(3)The State Council may constitute any other committee with the members from amongst its members as it may deem necessary for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act:Provided that wherever an advocate is a member of any committee, in whatever name, he shall be the Chairman or the President of that committee.
