                    27.12.2018 and quash the same with the direction to redo the assessment

                                          COMMONORDER

By this common order all the four writ petitions have been disposed in limine.

2. Though the petitioner has replied to the notice issued by the respondent and the objections/reply were received by the respondent, the respondent has not recorded any submission of the petitioner during personal hearing.

3. The impugned order merely states that the objection of the petitioner was received in respect of the notice issued to the petitioner.

Considering the same, these orders are set aside and this writ petitions are disposed by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the petitioner shall be heard before passing such orders.
