Section 8(1)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(ii)"Educational Institution" means any Primary school, and High School recognized by the State Government or Central Government, Junior colleges or any College affiliated to any University established by law;
