Section 1 in Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th day of May, 2015.
