Section 1 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
1. Short title, extent and commencement. -
(1)This Act may be called the Calcutta Metropolitan Water and Sanitation Authority Act, 1966.(2)It extends to the Calcutta Metropolitan District excluding any cantonment or part of a cantonment within the said District.(3)It shall come into force at once.
