Section 37(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)Any offence made punishable under this Act may, either before or after the institution of proceedings, be compounded by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or by any person authorised by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] in this behalf.
