Section 11(1)(i) in National Housing Bank Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1994

(i)become or continue to be a member or office-bearer of, or be otherwise directly or indirectly associated with any trade union of employees of the National Housing Bank who are 'workmen' within the meaning of that Act, or a federation of such trade unions;
