7. Directorate level Committee.
(1)The report of the Inspection Committee shall be considered by a Committee at the Directorate level to be constituted by the State Government in the prescribed manner.(2)Directorate Level Committee may refer back the case to the Inspection Committee, if required, for seeking any clarification or additional information.
