Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004
(1)Election of the Executive Body of a State Level Association shall be held in the presence of an Observer of the then State Sports Council. Election of the Executive Body of a Rajasthan a"level sports Association shall be held in the presence of Observer of its State Level Sports Association and Observer of the District Sports Council.
