(v)until the first Regulations of the University are made under this Act, the existing rules and regulations of the Mehsana, District Education Foundation, Ganpat Vidyanagar, Kherva, Mehsana as approved by the Board as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue to apply to the University in so far as they arc not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
