Section 2 in Sikkim Medical Registration Act, 2005
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the.context otherwise requires -(a)"Council" means the Sikkim Medical Council established under the Act;(b)"notification" means a notification published in the Official Gazette;(c)"registered practitioner" means any person registered under the provisions of this Act;(d)"regulations" means regulations made under section 32;(e)"rules" means rules made under section 31.
