Section 1 in Haryana Municipal Entertainment Duty Act, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Entertainment Duty Act, 2019.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st July, 2017.
