Section 2(10)(a) in The Kalyani University Act, 1981

(a)in relation to the University, a Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Librarian or any other person discharging the functions of a Librarian on wholetime basis, by whatever name called, appointed or recognized as such by the University, and
