20. Weeding out of old records.
- After the draw is over, the record which is no longer required, shall be kept in the custody of the office of the Director for a minimum period of three years. After completion of this period, the records shall be destroyed by the communicating the decision in this regard to the office of the Accountant General, Panaji, Goa, one month before the date of such destruction.
