Section 5(2) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(2)An application for a licence to sell poppy straws shall contain the following particulars, that is to say :-(i)the name and address of the applicant;(ii)the correct address of the place where poppy straws will be kept;(iii)the total quantity of poppy straws to be stocked at a time for sale;(iv)period for which the licence is required;(v)whether the applicant is a grocer or a bonafide trader.
