Section 2(d) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
(d)"Committee" means a Select Committee appointed by the House of the Assembly or a committee nominated by the Speaker of the Assembly or elected by the house of the Assembly in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly made by the House of the Assembly in pursuance of the provisions contained in clause (1) of Article 208 of the Constitution of India and includes a sub-committee thereof;
