(2)The plan for sustainable management of the urban environment shall include-(i)provision for urban forestry, tree plantation and horticulture, so as to endeavor to achieve such international standards for green spaces, as the Authority may determine ; and(ii)measures for solid waste management and water conservation, as may be necessary and desirable.
