Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C)
the High Court be pleased to stay the operation and all further
proceedings pursuant to Exts. P2, P4 and P5 notices.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing
the petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and
this court's order dated 10/10/2024 and upon hearing the
arguments of MATHEW JOHN & ABY J AUGUSTINE, Advocates for the
petitioners, and of ADV.O.D.SIVADAS, Advocates for R2 and R3,
the Court passed the following:
ORDER
Interim order is extended for a period of one month on condition that the petitioners remit an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) within a period of one month.
