Section 75(1) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(1)Dwellings with the individual conveniences shall have at least the following fitments :(a)One bath room provided with a tap;(b)One water closet; and(c)One nahani or sink, either in the floor or raised from the floor.Where only one water closet provided in a dwelling, the bath and water closet shall be separately accommodated.
