Section 29 in Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946
29. Act or decision of majority to be deemed to be act or decision of all. - Any act or decision of the majority of the persons elected under section 28 by any employees shall be deemed to be the act or decisions of all the persons so elected by them.
