Section 27(5) in Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2005
(5)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the emoluments and other conditions of service of the [Vice-Chancellor] [Substituted for 'Director' by U.P. Act 5 of 2009, Section 2.] shall be such as may be prescribed.
