Section 77(3) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(3)Where on the death of a retired employee a residuary gratuity becomes payable to the tamily of the deceased under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 44, the Director (Administration) shall sanction its payment on receipt of a claim or claims in Form 16 from the person or persons eligible to receive the residuary gratuity.
