- Whoever permits any person under his control to whom the provisions of Sections 82, 83 and 84 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, are applicable to commit a nuisance upon any street or into any public sewer or drain or any drain communicating therewith, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty-five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
