(d)"Commission" means the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (TNERC) established under section 17 of the Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998 (Central Act 14 of 1998) and constituted under section 82 of the Electricity Act,20D3 (Central Act 36 of 2003);
