FACTS
Vide RTI dt 13.11.10, appellant had sought information regarding statutory procedure by virtue of which an appeal pending before CIT(Appeal) of one region can be transferred to another region.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 21.2.11 provided a copy of the relevant order.
3. An appeal was filed on 23.2.11.
4. AA vide order dt 28.3.11 upheld the decision of the CPIO.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard.
DECISION 1
6. The Commission directs the CPIO to provide a specific response to the query raised by the appellant within two weeks from date of receipt of the order.
The appeal is disposed of.
