Section 18(f) in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
(f)(i)The Deputy Registrar (Dairying) shall collect the details of the children of milk pouring member who died in the fatal accident or permanently disabled who seek to avail assistance, either for education or for marriage expenses or both and send them in Form No. V, with certificate to the correctness of the data to the committee, provided the applicant is eligible to avail assistance under rule 15(e) (i) and (ii).(ii)He shall maintain necessary details in his office;
