Section 2(2) in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
(2)an officer of the Revenue Department, not below the rank of a Sub-divisional Officer,empowered by the Director of Horticulture and Fruit Utilization in this behalf to exercise some or all of the powers of the Licensing Officer under this Act;(h)"prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act;(i)"receipt" means a cold storage receipt including a duplicate receipt issued by a licensee under this Act;(j)"Tribunal" means the Tribunal constituted under Section 35.
