Section 25(1) in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
(1)The Hat Representatives shall be entitled to receive from the Association a commission per quintal of cotton, jute or ginger, as the case may be, sold in their respective scheduled Hats at such rates as may be fixed by the Managing Committee from time to time.
