Section 65(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)The State Transport Authority shall meet at such times and at such places as the Chairman may appoint, provided that it shall meet not less than once in each of the periods of three months of January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.
