51. Effect of provisions inconsistent with other laws.
- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any law governing any local or other authority, in the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, or in any other law for the time being in force.
