1. Since contempt application was preferred under Section 12 of Contempt of Court Act Read with Article 215 of Constitution of India, therefore, writ appeal will not lie against the order of the learned Single Judge who disposed off the contempt application without passing order of punishment of any kind. See D.N. Taneja Vs. Bhajan Lal, 1988 (3) SCC 26.

2. The writ appeal is dismissed.
