200. Building operations, quarrying, blasting or cutting timber.
- Whoever quarries, blasts, cuts timber or carries on building operations in such a manner as to cause, or to be likely to cause, danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
