2. The appellant sought information seeking details of candidates who were not given admission despite being selected in class 6, etc. PIO gave reply on 23.9.2014. The appellant approached this Commission.
Decision :
3. After perusal of files, the Commission found that point-wise response was provided saying the sought for information was not mainained in the office. It is not known why the appellant is asking complete details of the children and their parents regarding admission into Std. VI. The Commission finds no reason to interfere with the order of CPIO. Hence, closed.
