(4)The members shall be entitled to receive such allowances in respect of expenses properly incurred in the performance of their duties as the State Government may determine:Provided that the receipt of such allowances by the representatives of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly shall not be deemed to make them holders of an office of profit under the State Government.
