Section 222(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(3)No building other than a latrine, urinal or privy shall be entered under this section until six hours' notice in writing has been given to the occupier of the building by municipality or by the person authorised by the municipality to make the entry.
