Section 25 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
25. Resignation of the Chairman or a member.
(1)The Chairman or a member of the Committee may, by giving notice in writing to the Administrator, resign his membership.(2)A resignation shall take effect from the date of communication to the person concerned of its acceptance or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of resignation, whichever is earlier.
